Alan Stalcup is the founder and CEO of GVA Real Estate Group. GVA is a vertically integrated value-add multifamily operator based in Austin, Texas focused on workforce housing in Texas and the Southeast currently operating 30,000 units in high growth markets with support from over 800 dedicated team members.

While Alan officially started GVA in 2015, his real estate investing experience began in 1999 with a focus on tax efficient passive income. Prior to founding GVA, Alan was founder and CEO of one of the largest providers of golf marketing systems in North America, which sold to the PGA Tour. Alan has also worked at Dell Computers and Accenture. He holds an Engineering degree from Washington University in St. Louis.
